jacqueline grice
Marketplace Leader
Jacqueline Grice serves as the Marketplace Leader on the Covenant Kingdom Reformation Council. As a lifelong entrepreneur, co-owner of a successful transportation company and an ICF Certified Executive Coach, she has always believed business is about more than profit—it’s a vehicle for purpose.
Raised as the youngest of nine in an entrepreneurial family, Jacqueline was deeply influenced by her father's innovative and entrepreneurial spirit as an upholsterer who turned the discarded into the extraordinary. That legacy sparked her own passion for building impactful businesses that transform lives.
When the COVID-19 pandemic abruptly halted operations in what was poised to be her company’s strongest year, Jacqueline found herself navigating not just financial loss, but also deep spiritual questions. In the quiet aftermath—buses parked, schools closed, and uncertainty looming—she entered a period of intentional silence. What emerged was a powerful revelation: the adversity was a divine setup for a deeper calling.
Today, Jacqueline works with purpose-driven leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them build the businesses and lives they’ve prayed for and dreamed of. She empowers them to move beyond survival and into soul-aligned success—where faith leads, purpose anchors, and vision multiplies. Through her work, she inspires others to “launch deeper” into the greatness within them, unlocking the clarity and courage needed to walk boldly into uncharted territory.
